Summary
Requests from SICC to NiDA
The logo image of NiDA to be applied to EAS system is required by May 21,2002.
- This logo image should be confirmed by NiDA
The confirmed formal name of EAS by NiDA is required by May 21, 2002
If the logo image of NiDA is not suitable to be used in EAS, another logo image for EAS is required
Confirmation of approval workflow to be applied to EAS
SICC will provide electronic document forms to be used in all 27 ministries based on the sample documents (scanned images of approved documents) and confirmed doucment layout provided by NiDA during the customization analysis phase.
Each of the 27 ministries will have their own logo and basic organizational information on their forms.
Forms can be changed or added later on, if the new document form contains the same information as the previous standard forms being used in EAS.
