Summary
Requests from SICC to NiDA
The new name for EAS system required. "enRiseOFFICE" is not suitable.
- New logo for this name is also required.
- This name must be used in User's Manual and needed as soon as possible.
Only the valid, actual user data and organization data will provided to SICC from NiDA.
Confirmation of approval workflow to be applied to EAS
Mr. Touch Heng briefly explained about the approval process used in Cambodia ministry.
Mr. Touch Heng will cooperate with NiDA members to get information they might need in the future.
NiDA will provide document to SICC explaining the clear and correct workflow of approval process used in Cambodia by Tuesday, May 28.
- The approval process in EAS will be based on information received from January to May 2002 only. ( Including above mentioned data)
The project should continue with the current forms in EAS.
- The current forms are bassed on sample documents provided by NiDA in Febuary 2002,
